The challenge
At the Fruit Attraction Fair at IFEMA, held from October 8 to 10, we managed the catering for the GV El Zamorano stand. We crafted a menu that spotlighted their signature products—potatoes, onions, and garlic—integrating them into a tailored culinary experience that showcased the brand’s quality and versatility.
Beyond menu design, we oversaw the complete management of the catering team, ensuring smooth and efficient service throughout the event. Our aim was to deliver a memorable culinary experience for every visitor, showcasing GV El Zamorano’s identity and values through every dish.
Coffee:
- Coffee (milk and vegetable drink option)
- Infusions (flavored and traditional)
